We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Children's Nurse to join our team at Active Care Group. As a leading provider of Neuro and Mental Healthcare, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional care to our clients.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Registered Children's Nurse to work in a flexible role, supporting a male paediatric client in their own home. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care, including CVC and TPN monitoring and management, medication administration, and support with domestic tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality care to our clients, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
  • Monitor and manage CVC and TPN, ensuring accurate administration and recording.
  • Administer medication as prescribed, maintaining accurate records.
  • Support clients with domestic tasks, promoting independence and dignity.

Requirements:

  • Current NMC Pin registration (Registered Children's Nurse)
  • Legal right to work in the UK
  • Own vehicle with work insurance
