We are seeking a skilled Registered Children's Nurse to join our team at Active Care Group. As a leading provider of Neuro and Mental Healthcare, we offer a dynamic and supportive work environment.

The successful candidate will work in a flexible role, supporting a male paediatric client in their own home. This position requires a high level of autonomy and flexibility, with a 24-hour schedule that includes days, nights, and weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage CVC and TPN, ensuring the client's medical needs are met.
  • Administer medications as prescribed by the client's healthcare team.
  • Assist with domestic tasks, promoting the client's independence and well-being.

Requirements:

  • A current NMC Pin registration as a Registered Children's Nurse.
  • A legal right to work in the UK.
  • Own vehicle with work insurance.
