Job Summary:

Orion Group is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance and Reliability Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of our assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and maximize asset availability.
  • Manage and optimize work management and execution processes within our Maintenance Management System (Maximo).
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for maintenance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Lead and enhance the development of maintenance methodologies and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and priorities.
  • Assess and budget for all activities related to asset maintenance and integrity.
  • Ensure that maintenance strategies reflect business requirements and are executable within asset constraints.
  • Develop and implement plans for asset integrity and fabric maintenance.
  • Lead the offshore delivery of asset integrity and fabric maintenance.
  • Play an active role in delivering safe operations and annual work plans and budgets.
  • Ensure that reliability studies are available, considered, and applied to develop a robust and assessed reliability process.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable work experience in a similar role is essential.
  • Experience of working with an ageing asset is highly desirable.
  • Maintenance experience and planning experience (offshore) are required.
  • Experience of managing third-party contracts and vendors is essential.
  • Offshore experience, ideally gained in roles such as MITL/Superintendent, is highly desirable.
  • Maintenance management systems experience, preferably Maximo, is required.
  • Experience of developing, implementing, and achieving success with maintenance KPIs/maintenance strategy is essential.
