We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Venatu Recruitment Group. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key clients in the M&E consulting and contracting industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to increase revenue and market share in the M&E consulting and contracting industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including M&E consultants and contractors, main contractors, and merchant branches.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including tenders and proposals.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics.
- Provide sales support and guidance to the sales team, including training and coaching.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, including sales metrics and market trends.
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience in the M&E consulting and contracting industry.
