About the Role

Penguin Recruitment is delighted to present a fantastic Senior Planner opportunity with a leading Rural Planning Consultancy.

The current team works on exciting and varied projects across several sectors, including plots and residential land, agricultural building, access and infrastructure, leisure and sports facilities, rural retail, tourism, and farm worker dwellings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work on senior-level planning projects, utilizing expertise in rural, agricultural, equestrian, or residential planning.
  • Collaborate with the team to deliver high-quality projects, meeting client expectations and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement effective planning strategies, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.
Requirements
  • MRTPI or eligibility for full chartership.
  • Proven experience in senior planning roles, with a strong understanding of rural planning principles.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
