Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Administrator to join our team as a Senior IFA. This is a full-time office-based role near Dorking, with the possibility of hybrid working after a 6-month probation period.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support one IFA with all areas of administration, including business processing, financial administration, and client liaison.
  • Update the back office system to ensure accurate client data and information throughout the process.
  • Maintain fully compliant files, ensuring all documents are held on the client's Document Management/workflow and diary system in a timely manner.
  • Produce client valuations in readiness for annual reviews and raise invoices for additional requests.
  • Participate in project-related work, working as one team to meet company goals and targets.
Requirements
  • Administration and customer service experience is essential.
  • Telephone-based experience would be beneficial.
  • 5-10 years Financial Services experience.
  • Financial Services experience is essential, preferably obtained in a life and pensions environment.
