About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Governance Administrator to support our busy Governance team. This is a key role, ensuring the smooth running of governance processes during a period of urgent need. You'll play a crucial part in maintaining the bank's governance standards at a time of heightened activity.

Job Responsibilities

  • Organise and administer Executive Committee, Board, subcommittee, and shareholder meetings.
  • Coordinate agendas, document packs, and minutes for governance sessions.
  • Ensure actions from meetings are tracked and completed efficiently.
  • Provide additional support for banking committees, helping to manage key governance tasks and maintain process integrity.
  • Work closely with senior stakeholders to guarantee governance processes are delivered effectively and on time.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Company Secretary / Paralegal / Administrator, ideally with exposure to governance.
  • Excellent organisational skills and an ability to manage high-pressure tasks within tight deadlines.
  • Minute taking and action reports.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with corporate governance processes would be highly advantageous.
  • Confident communication and collaboration skills for engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
