Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Psychologist to join our Adult Inpatient Services team in Birmingham. As a key member of our Multi-Disciplinary Team, you will work closely with healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality assessments, interventions, and support to patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop effective treatment plans for patients
  • Deliver individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based approaches
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Contribute to service development and quality improvement initiatives
  • Manage a clinical caseload, prioritizing patient needs and ensuring timely interventions
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • HCPC registration as a Psychologist
  • Experience in 1-2-1 and group therapy work, with a focus on Adult Mental Health
  • Strong assessment and treatment planning skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A commitment to ongoing professional development
