We are seeking an experienced Clinical Psychologist to join our team at Outcomes First Group. As a Clinical Psychologist, you will play a key role in providing high-quality psychological services to adults with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health difficulties.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, where you will have the chance to make a real difference in the lives of our service users. As a Clinical Psychologist, you will be responsible for assessing and developing bespoke intervention plans, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our service users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and develop intervention plans for adults with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health difficulties
  • Work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our service users
  • Contribute to the development of our clinical services, including the design and delivery of training programs
  • Collaborate with our education services to ensure seamless transitions and effective support for our service users
  • Participate in quality assurance and clinical governance activities to ensure the highest standards of care

Requirements
  • Postgraduate doctoral level qualification in Psychology (clinical, counselling, forensic)
  • Previous experience working with adults or children with intellectual disabilities
  • Evidence of continuing professional development relevant to the setting
  • Substantial and relevant post-qualification experience with adults and children
  • Experience of lecturing/teaching/training
  • Full valid UK driving licence and access to a car
