About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Marketing Lead to join our team at Major Players | B Corp™. As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a pivotal role in managing all retail marketing and point-of-sale (POS) initiatives, ensuring our customers have a seamless and engaging experience when shopping in our stores across the UK, Ireland, and Europe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective in-store marketing campaigns and activities to drive sales conversion and enhance the customer journey.
  • Manage all POS production and implementation, working closely with the marketing and visual merchandising teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
  • Support the development of in-store communications, collaborating with the marketing team to create engaging and impactful content.
  • Lead a small team, providing guidance and support to ensure successful execution of retail marketing initiatives.
