About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Physiotherapist to join our team in Mid Powys, working across a beautiful and rural area. As a key member of our Physiotherapy service, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality rehabilitation services to patients, working closely with our multidisciplinary team and other healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver inpatient rehabilitation services as part of an in-reach model to Llandrindod Hospital
  • Manage a community caseload independently across Mid Powys, working closely with patients and their families
  • Contribute to service development, mentorship of junior staff, and delegation of rehabilitation plans
  • Participate in the planning, development, and evaluation of community therapy services
Requirements
  • BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy and HPC registration
  • Experience working with elderly patients and in community settings
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Flexibility to work weekend rotas and travel between sites
