Job Summary:

Pure Resourcing Limited is seeking a highly skilled Mortgage Completions Officer to join our team. As a Mortgage Completions Officer, you will be responsible for processing mortgage applications from receipt of a signed offer to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process mortgage applications, ensuring all necessary documentation is received and verified.
  • Work closely with solicitors and brokers to ensure efficient completion of mortgage applications.
  • Check certificates of title, handle legal enquiries, and perform AML, KYC, and associated ID checks.
  • Utilize credit search, land registry, and fraud avoidance tools to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with solicitors, brokers, and other stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, regulations, and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Minimum one year of experience in mortgage completions or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of the end-to-end mortgage process, particularly the legal process from offer to completion.
  • Experience with credit search, land registry, and fraud avoidance tools.
  • Proficiency in dealing with solicitors and mortgage brokers.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and numeracy skills.
  • Experience with AML, KYC, and associated ID checks.
  • BTL/bridging finance experience is highly desirable.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
