Mortgage Completions Officer Job Description

Job Summary:

Pure Resourcing Limited is seeking a highly skilled Mortgage Completions Officer to join our team. As a Mortgage Completions Officer, you will be responsible for processing mortgage applications from receipt of a signed mortgage offer to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process mortgage applications from receipt of a signed mortgage offer to completion.
  • Check Certificates of Title and handle legal enquiries.
  • Minimum one year Completions experience for a mortgage lender.
  • Solid knowledge of end-to-end mortgage process and in particular the legal process from offer to completion.
  • Experience of Credit Search, Land Registry and fraud avoidance tools.
  • Proficiency in dealing with Solicitors and mortgage brokers.
  • Good communication, analytical and numeracy skills.
  • Experience of performing AML, KYC and associated ID checks.
  • Experience of BTL / Bridging Finance highly desired.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

Requirements:

  • Up to £40k Basic + Bonus + Benefits.
