Overview:

Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates with a background in mechanical or electrical engineering. Experience in the maintenance and servicing of packaging machinery is advantageous, although comprehensive training will be provided.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct preventative maintenance through scheduled service tasks.
  • Assist in the installation of machinery.
  • Provide training to customers on equipment usage.
  • Repair, test, and maintain machinery and packaging materials.
  • Monitor and evaluate product performance.

Team Collaboration:

This role involves regular interaction with clients, fellow field service technicians, the sales team, the service engineering manager, and systems installation engineers.
