Job Title: Service Technician

We are seeking an experienced Service Technician to join our team in the Midlands area. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support to customers and customer representatives on and off site, as well as performing mechanical maintenance of water treatment equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Water analysis, sample collection, preparation, labelling and shipment to laboratory for analysis
  • Providing technical support to customers and customer representatives on and off site
  • Mechanical maintenance of water treatment equipment including gears, motors, pumps and more
  • Coordinate all the necessary work between the Area Field Services Lead, Management, and Senior Service Reps
Requirements:
  • Experience in a similar role
  • Mechanical engineering experience
  • Experience in water treatment or chemical processing is desirable
  • Use of manual machines and equipment
  • Good health and safety knowledge
