At Stockport Homes Group, we're passionate about providing high-quality affordable housing and a range of services to transform the lives of our customers. We're seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our Housing Management Team as a Housing Management Trainee.

This 18-month apprenticeship will provide you with the opportunity to gain valuable experience in a busy, customer-facing environment. You'll work alongside our experienced Housing Officers to develop your skills and knowledge in tenancy and estate management, including:

  • Minimizing letting times and rent loss
  • Carrying out regular estate inspections and block inspections
  • Completing routine tenancy contact with customers
  • Administration and invoicing

We're looking for someone who is organized, proactive, and reliable, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team. As a Housing Management Trainee, you'll be supported to complete a Housing Management Level 3 qualification and will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a range of areas, including tenancy and estate management, customer service, and administration.
