About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Change Management Specialist to lead our organisational development initiatives within the Transformation Programme. As a key member of our People Team, you will be responsible for driving and facilitating organisational change and development efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement change management strategies and plans to mitigate risks and maximise benefits
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and assess organisational change impacts
  • Design and deliver change management plans, communications, and training
  • Support the People Workstream Lead and Head of Transformation in analysing the organisation's current state and developing a strategic OD roadmap
About You

We are looking for an experienced Change or Organisational Development professional with a proven track record in HR processes, change management, and organisational development. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

You will also have experience in project management, with the ability to coordinate workload and manage multiple project demands. If you are passionate about organisational development and change management, and have a strong understanding of change management methodologies, tools, and techniques, we encourage you to apply.
