Position:
Administrator - Purchasing Division

Compensation:
£27,000 - £30,000

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm

Location:
Near Ashford/Hythe, Kent. Personal transportation is necessary due to the business's location.

Hybrid Work:
Available after one year.

Initially, the role will be office-based to ensure effective communication with the team and other departments.

As an Administrator, your responsibilities will include:

  • Purchasing necessary products, materials, and services to meet sales order deadlines.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with suppliers through consistent communication.
  • Coordinating with hauliers and suppliers to arrange the collection and delivery of goods.
  • Managing inventory levels and scheduling deliveries to optimize production efficiency.
  • Keeping precise records of purchases, suppliers, and deliveries.
  • Monitoring supplier quality and delivery performance.
  • Providing general administrative support to the Manager and team.
To excel in this position, you will need:
  • Prior experience in Administration.
  • Experience in purchasing or procurement is advantageous.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
