About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Delivery Specialist to join our team at Talon Outdoor. As a key member of our production process, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of our projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Streamline our testing and delivery workflows, primarily focusing on dynamic offerings, interactive, and hardware-based projects.
  • Plan and execute test plans, maintaining good relationships with Media Owners and staying up-to-date with their DOOH playout systems and network.
  • Provide on-hand support during live campaign periods, assisting with any technical requirements.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Creative Technology and software developers to deliver industry-leading experiences in the DOOH space.

Requirements

  • Strong technical knowledge, including different operating systems, software, and hardware.
  • Excellent logic-driven troubleshooting skills.
  • Knowledge of DOOH signage software (such as Broadsign and Scala) is highly beneficial.
  • Great attention to detail and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent understanding of Windows, MacOS, and Linux operating systems.
  • Familiarity with Project management and studio management software.
  • Great communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Organized and reliable approach to work.
  • Ambitious self-starter, independent, and resourceful, with initiative.
