  • Work closely with both local and international production teams to adhere to audio guidelines and maintain updated sound elements.
  • Provide clear documentation and notes to fellow operators and the broader production team.
  • Maintain accurate logs and tags for all audio used in live productions to facilitate future editing and compliance.
  • Ensure timely setup and testing of all equipment, confirming that all necessary content is prepared and audio levels are optimized.
  • Collaborate with live broadcasting teams to ensure seamless event delivery.
  • Act as a point of contact for upcoming productions and on live broadcast days.
  • Assist in the upgrade and testing of audio equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
  • Generate daily reports on audio operations for each production.
  • Foster collaboration with other departments to ensure effective communication and workflow.
  • Contribute to the development of training programs for staff and freelancers as needed.
  • Identify opportunities for workflow improvements and system enhancements.
  • Partner with booking and facility management teams to optimize resource utilization.
  • Advocate for best practices and process improvements to enhance departmental efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in managing multiple audio inputs from various locations simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with both remote and studio audio broadcasting setups.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, capable of addressing technical challenges and recording issues.
  • Knowledge of industry-standard routing systems and audio editing software.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with production teams and clients.
  • Self-driven with the ability to manage workload independently.
  • Team-oriented with the capacity to work effectively with diverse personalities and authority levels.
  • Adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, especially in high-pressure situations.
  • A collaborative spirit and strong interpersonal abilities.
  • A passion for sports and a commitment to delivering exceptional work.
