Job Title: Part Time Sales Associate - St Pancras

Fortnum & Mason is seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Part Time Sales Associate to join our St Pancras store. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and contributing to the overall success of the store.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring that every customer leaves the store feeling valued and satisfied.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new products, promotions, and services.
  • Contribute to the achievement of sales targets, working collaboratively with colleagues to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Ensure that the store is maintained to a high standard, adhering to Fortnum & Mason's visual merchandising guidelines.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and display activities, ensuring that the store looks its best at all times.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • High level of product knowledge, with a passion for luxury goods and a desire to stay up-to-date on new products and trends.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and bank holidays, as required.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
