About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable individual to join our team as a Care Companion. As a Care Companion, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and companionship to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Visit clients on a regular basis to provide emotional support and companionship, promoting a sense of wellbeing and independence.
  • Assist clients with daily tasks such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and personal care, ensuring their dignity and comfort are maintained at all times.
  • Accompany clients on outings to local shops, cafes, or other places of their choice, enhancing their social interaction and overall quality of life.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement personalized care plans, ensuring each client receives tailored support and attention.
Requirements
  • No prior experience is necessary, as we provide comprehensive in-house training. However, any previous care experience or personal care skills are highly valued.
  • Must be reliable, punctual, and have a valid driving license with access to a dependable vehicle.
  • UK residency is essential, and we cannot provide working visas.
  • Must have good working flexibility, including alternate weekends.
