Piper Maddox is seeking a highly skilled Net Zero Project Developer to join our team. As a key member of our sustainability team, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of net zero projects across various industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets for net zero projects.
- Partner with real estate companies and commercial developers to provide turnkey solutions for their sites, integrating advanced green technologies.
- Lead cross-functional project teams, including engineers, contractors, and consultants, to ensure successful project delivery.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in green technologies, sustainability practices, and regulatory requirements.
- Secure necessary permits and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Identify and apply for available grants, incentives, and financing options to support project funding.
- Monitor project expenditures and manage financial performance to achieve profitability targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, environmental science, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in developing and managing renewable energy or sustainability projects.
- Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Certification in Project Management (PMP) or similar credentials is a plus.
