About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Psychologist to join our Wellbeing Matters Team at Berkshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. As a Clinical Psychologist, you will provide psychological support to individuals and develop and deliver sessions for teams, both online and in-person.

This is a part-time role with normal working days as Wednesday mornings, and Thursdays and Fridays. You will be responsible for supporting the development and delivery of the Specialist Psychological Staff Support Service, providing specialist assessment, formulation, and interventions to individual staff, teams, and managers.

You will also direct and supervise junior staff and resources within your area of responsibility, take an active participation in clinical quality assurance and learning programs, and communicate specialized, complex, and sensitive information and advice to staff members and other professionals.

Requirements
  • Doctoral qualification in clinical psychology (or equivalent) and HCPC registration
  • Previous experience working as a Clinical Psychologist
  • Experience delivering group interventions or interventions to staff teams
  • Full UK driving license and access to vehicle
