Business Growth Strategist

Diamond Bus is a leading transportation company with a strong presence across various regions. We boast a fleet of over 500 vehicles and a dedicated team of 1,500 employees, serving a wide range of clients including businesses, local authorities, and private individuals.
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team and drive the company's growth strategy. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities, expanding our market reach, and fostering key industry relationships.
Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development plan to achieve company objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the transportation sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and competitive landscape.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to secure new business.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of business development initiatives.
- Proven track record in business development within the transportation industry or a related field.
- Strong understanding of the transportation market, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and partners.
- Proficiency in negotiation and closing deals.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
