Digital Marketing Strategist

Overview: In this dynamic position, you will play a crucial role in spearheading and executing our marketing initiatives tailored for both business-to-consumer (B2C) and business-to-business (B2B) frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and enhance our WordPress website.
  • Utilize major advertising platforms, alongside Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Google Data Studio.
  • Develop, update, and oversee all corporate materials, including brochures and presentations, utilizing Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Conduct market analysis and audience research to inform B2B and B2C marketing strategies.
  • Support the execution of a comprehensive digital strategy, which includes crafting digital content, email campaigns, and online advertising for our recruitment division.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, particularly with Google Ads, to establish and promote best practices.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales team using HubSpot, LinkedIn, and our sales CRM to track responses and generate insightful reports.
  • Devise talent attraction strategies to highlight opportunities and drive high volumes of candidate applications.
  • Work in partnership with our in-house Social Media Executive to enhance our website, sales materials, and other relevant content.
  • Engage with our CEO and senior leadership team to craft tailored communications and foster connections with other business leaders, building a robust network of like-minded organizations.

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including UI & UX design, HTML & CSS, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and InDesign.
  • Experience in WordPress web development and design.
  • Expertise in Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, and Google Ads.
  • Management of PPC campaigns for our website.

Strategic Problem Solving: Proactively identify challenges and implement strategic solutions, leveraging analytical insights and creative thinking to navigate obstacles.

Attention to Detail: Maintain a high level of precision in all aspects of work, from campaign execution to data analysis and reporting.
