- Support the Front of House Manager with a variety of tasks and training activities.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the Front of House team to ensure seamless communication and a high level of service delivery.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new ideas and initiatives to enhance the guest experience.
- Hotel reception experience and a track record of delivering outstanding guest service.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and guests.
- Proficiency in using IT software, with familiarity with Opera being advantageous.
- A genuine approach to guest service and a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences.
