About the Role

Become a vital part of our Recycling Centre operations aimed at enhancing recycling efforts and minimizing landfill contributions. As a Lead Waste Management Operative, your key duties will include:

  • Taking charge of the team during the Site Manager's absence
  • Guaranteeing safe operational practices on-site
  • Overseeing site documentation and records
  • Assisting clients with waste disposal processes
  • Monitoring and managing waste streams effectively
  • Upholding cleanliness and orderliness on-site
  • Enhancing customer service and recycling performance
  • Utilizing equipment for waste compaction
  • Participating in team activities and initiatives
  • Conducting trials to identify service enhancements

Candidates must demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, effective team leadership, and the physical capability to perform duties. Comprehensive training will be provided in various operational areas.
