About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our team at Clarus Education Ltd. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting the education and development of our students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality teaching and learning support to students, ensuring they achieve their full potential.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement effective learning strategies.
  • Assist with the planning, preparation, and delivery of lessons, ensuring a smooth and efficient learning environment.
  • Support the development of students' literacy and numeracy skills, using a range of strategies and resources.
  • Contribute to the creation of a positive and inclusive learning environment, promoting the well-being and self-esteem of all students.
Requirements
  • Meet Higher Level Teaching Assistant standards or equivalent qualification or experience.
  • Excellent Numeracy/Literacy skills equivalent to NVQ Level 2 in English and Maths.
  • Training in relevant learning strategies, e.g., literacy.
  • A proven ability to work in a team and on your own initiative.
  • A high level of communication skills and the ability to relate positively to children and adults.
  • The ability to use relevant technology/equipment.
  • A can-do attitude.
  • A commitment to the happiness, well-being, self-esteem, and progress of everyone at the school.
