Cleo AI is seeking a talented and driven Growth Designer to join our dynamic team.

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the user experience and driving product growth for our innovative platform.

  • Collaborate with a dedicated squad to deeply understand user needs and translate them into impactful design solutions that enhance the value proposition of Cleo AI.
    • Align your design vision with key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure exceptional design quality within the Growth pillar, consistently elevating our product's impact.
    • Leverage data analysis and experimentation to drive long-term product growth, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and optimization.
    • Influence strategic direction and product roadmaps by providing actionable insights derived from data analysis, contributing to informed decision-making at a high level.
    • Design compelling user experiences that effectively achieve product goals, ensuring a seamless and engaging journey for our users.
    • Foster a culture of continuous improvement through a rigorous test, learn, iterate design process, maximizing the impact of your contributions.

About You:

  • Possess 5+ years of experience in growth and engagement-focused roles within the tech industry.
  • Demonstrate a proven track record of delivering high-quality design work in fast-paced environments, consistently exceeding expectations.
  • Be outcome-oriented with a passion for measurable impact, driven by data-driven insights and a desire to make a tangible difference.
  • Exhibit strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset, adept at identifying opportunities for growth and implementing effective solutions.
  • Thrive in collaborative settings, effectively communicating and working alongside cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.

  • A deep understanding of cognitive psychology and social mechanisms, enabling you to design experiences that resonate with users on a deeper level.
