We are seeking a highly motivated Trainee Estate Agent to join our dynamic team at Bairstow Eves, one of the UK's leading estate agency brands. As a Trainee Estate Agent, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in all aspects of estate agency, from valuations and viewings to negotiations and sales.

What You'll Do
  • Generate and book valuations to identify potential sales opportunities
  • Conduct property viewings to showcase properties to potential buyers
  • Negotiate offers and agree sales to progress properties through to exchange and completion
  • Optimise every opportunity to schedule appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor
What We're Looking For
  • A motivated and ambitious individual with a passion for property and a desire to succeed
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Able to work in a target-driven environment and meet sales targets
  • Resilient, positive, organised, numerate, and detail-oriented, with excellent time management skills
  • IT literate, with experience of MS Office, internet, and email systems
  • A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
