Your Role as a Trainee Estate Agent

As a Trainee Estate Agent, you will be responsible for generating and booking valuations, conducting property viewings, negotiating offers, and progressing sales through to exchange and completion. You will also have the opportunity to work closely with our Mortgage Advisor to optimize every opportunity to schedule appointments.

Requirements
  • Preferably Experienced Sales Person: We are looking for individuals with a background in sales, who can generate new business in a target-driven environment.
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills: You will need to provide outstanding customer care and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • IT Literacy: Proficiency in MS Office, internet, and email systems is essential.
  • Full UK Driving Licence: You will need access to your own vehicle and a full UK driving licence.
