Hello Earth is a leading digital performance marketing agency seeking a talented Performance Content & Videography Manager to champion our clients\u2019 brand narratives with innovative video-led Performance Content strategies.

This role is central to strengthening client relationships and bridging videography and performance content with paid social. You\u2019ll collaborate closely with the Social & Content Lead to drive the content team\u2019s development, campaign execution, and on occasion, organic social management.

This role would suit someone with strong experience in videography, Performance Content strategy, and User-generated Content (UGC) for Paid Social channels including Meta Ads and TikTok Ads, and ideation, blending creativity and strategy to amplify client brands within the dynamic digital content landscape.

As a Performance Content & Videography Manager, you\u2019ll be responsible for leading clients through performance content and organic strategy, ensuring you\u2019re proactively managing and nurturing relationships and solving any issues related to the client\u2019s business.

You\u2019ll also lead the content creators and content team on strategy and executing video content, including for User-generated Content (UGC) plans which perform for clients.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing video content strategies that drive results for clients.
  • Collaborating with the Social & Content Lead to drive the content team\u2019s development and campaign execution.
  • Leading the content creators and content team on strategy and executing video content.
  • Developing and curating compelling User Generated Video Content across various Paid Social platforms.
  • Analysing content metrics to refine strategies, ensuring alignment with brand objectives.
  • Staying updated with industry trends to ensure video content remains fresh and engaging.

We\u2019re looking for someone with a solid background in videography and User Generated Content (UGC) creation for a variety of brands, strong grasp of Paid Social Media dynamics and platform nuances, particularly video content on Meta Ads and TikTok Ads, and creative, analytical, and strategic thinking capabilities.

Competitive salary up to £35,000 depending on experience and level. Full healthcare insurance for you and your children, including £500 and £300 for dental and optical costs, respectively.
