The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Performance Content Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our content team, you will be responsible for developing and executing video-led Performance Content strategies that drive engagement and conversions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage relationships with a portfolio of key eCommerce clients.
  • Work closely with the paid team and clients to agree on objectives.
  • Partner with key stakeholders to lead and develop top-tier creative, project management, and digital performance reporting.
  • Lead clients through performance content and organic strategy, ensuring you're proactively managing and nurturing relationships and solving any issues related to the client's business.
  • Lead the content creators and content team on strategy and executing video content, including for User-generated Content (UGC) plans which perform for clients.
  • Develop, brief, and curate compelling User Generated Video Content across various Paid Social platforms.
  • Analyse content metrics to refine strategies, ensuring alignment with brand objectives.
  • Lead and collaborate with our creative team, content creators, and execs to conceptualise and produce inventive video content.
  • Work closely with wider Marketing, Design, and Strategy teams to ensure cohesive video content.
  • Stay updated with industry trends to ensure video content remains fresh and engaging.
  • Build and develop relationships with external videographers and content creators.
About You
  • A genuine passion for developing performance-driven video content strategies for Paid Social channels that produce conscious and impactful results.
  • A solid background in videography and User Generated Content (UGC) creation for a variety of brands.
  • A strong grasp of Paid Social Media dynamics and platform nuances, particularly video content on Meta Ads and TikTok Ads.
  • Creative, analytical, and strategic thinking capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proven experience in videography, content creation, or social media management, ideally within an eCommerce agency environment.
