- Financial Reporting: Lead the analysis of monthly numbers and present findings to the board, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.

- Financial Operations: Oversee the payment of payroll, VAT, and HMRC processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
- Cash Flow Management: Review weekly payment runs and ensure all creditors are paid within terms, monitoring debtors and ensuring all receipts are received within terms.
- Team Management: Lead and manage an Accounts Assistant, providing guidance and support to ensure the team's success.
- Financial Planning: Prepare annual Statutory accounts and ad-hoc pieces of work as requested by management.
- Banking and Cash Management: Monitor and manage multiple bank accounts, ensuring accurate and timely financial transactions.
- Qualifications: ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualified with previous strong experience within the finance function.
- Technical Skills: Strong Excel skills and ability to adapt and pick up projects on an ad-hoc basis.
