Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Emergency Medicine Consultant to join our team at the NHS. As a key member of our emergency care pathway, you will play a vital role in the modernisation of our services, working closely with our clinical quality improvement team to drive excellence in patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of clinical quality improvement initiatives in emergency medicine
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care and outcomes
  • Contribute to the design and delivery of education and training programs for staff
  • Participate in the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to emergency care
  • Engage with stakeholders to promote the Trust's reputation and advance standards of clinical care

Requirements:

  • Eligibility to work in the UK
  • Current GMC/GDC registration and a valid licence to practise
  • Excellent clinical skills and leadership abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
