Job Overview

Home Instead is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Live In Care Professional to provide high-quality, relationship-led live-in care to our clients. As a Live In Care Professional, you will be responsible for supporting our clients with their daily needs, promoting their independence, and providing companionship.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support clients with personal care, home help, and domestic duties
  • Liaise with families and other professionals to provide the best quality care
  • Promote independence and individuality according to Personal Plan
  • Record daily tasks, notes, and any incidents on Access Care Planning App
  • Work as part of a team, effectively communicating with Office Team and other Care Professionals

Requirements

  • Experience with live-in care, ideally including dementia care
  • Patient and understanding with a calm and friendly approach
  • Genuine, kind, patient, compassionate, and caring nature
  • Excellent communication skills with management, clients, and/or family members
