Home Instead is seeking a compassionate and reliable Care Support Specialist to provide high-quality, relationship-led live-in care to our clients in Inverclyde and North Ayrshire.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care, moving and handling, social support, and domestic duties to clients in their own homes.
- Work collaboratively with clients, families, and other care professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, built on trust, empathy, and understanding.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 2+ years of care experience, with a strong focus on personal care and support.
- Compassionate and reliable, with a passion for supporting people in their own homes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to meet the needs of clients and the business.

- Competitive hourly rate of £12.60.
