About the Role

**Job Summary**

EKFB is seeking a highly skilled Land Surveyor to join our team in the Banbury Area. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining the site survey control network, reporting and validating different construction stages, and analyzing data using various software and technology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Undertake land/topographic/hydrographic/measured building surveys using specialist equipment and technology, such as robotics and 3D scanners.
  • Analyze data using plans, maps, charts, and software like AutoCAD, Trimble Business Center, and GIS programs.
  • Prepare survey drawings with the Senior Land Surveyor, present data to clients, and write reports.
  • Coordinate with Site Engineers on project implementation, changes of plans, and deviations.
  • Carry out Topographical and Engineering Surveys, including Laser Scanner and GNSS network surveying.
  • Manage the registration and post-processing of Point Cloud Data.
About You

**Requirements**

  • HND/degree in Land Survey, Geomatics, or equivalent.
  • Experience in a similar role and with similar values.
  • Expert knowledge of Trimble total stations, levels, and GNSS receivers.
  • Excellent AutoCAD skills to produce 2D and 3D drawings.
  • Good communication and report writing skills.
  • Proficient in using survey software like Trimble Business Center.
