Parking Compliance Officer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Enforcement Officer to join our team at Unity Recruitment. As a key member of our parking enforcement team, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with parking regulations and providing excellent customer service to the public.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Issue Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs) to vehicles parked in contravention of parking regulations
  • Record evidence and observations to monitor vehicles parking and ensure accurate reporting
  • Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance issues to ensure efficient operations
  • Identify and report abandoned vehicles to management
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Requirements:

  • 6 months or more of previous enforcement experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to work accurately with computerized systems
  • City and Guilds / NVQ or Wamitab certificate in Parking Enforcement
  • Ability to work a varied schedule, including weekends and holidays
