We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Change Support Coordinator to join our Business Improvement team within the Change Delivery unit. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative and project support to help us deliver critical changes across the organization.
You will work closely with our Strategic Change Programme teams, key enabling teams, and Local Policing or Investigations teams, offering a great opportunity for insight into how our organization works at its core.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the Business Improvement team, including data entry, document management, and record-keeping.
- Assist with project planning, coordination, and implementation, ensuring timely and effective delivery of projects.
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across the organization, including team members, managers, and external partners.
- Develop and maintain systems and processes to ensure efficient and effective workflow.
- Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements.
- Strong customer service ethos and a "can do" attitude.
- Great attention to detail and comfortable working with systems and large data sets.
