Position Summary
- Records Oversight: Accurately process, organize, and retrieve both physical and digital records.
- Robotics Management: Operate and supervise Movu Robotics technology to enhance record handling efficiency.
- Inventory Management: Keep current inventory records and perform regular audits.
- Data Management: Accurately input and update information in the database.
- Quality Control: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of records.
- Health & Safety Compliance: Follow all health and safety protocols.
- Client Support: Deliver exceptional service to clients.
- Keyholder Duties: Serve as a keyholder for the facility.
- Emergency Response: Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours situations.
Required Qualifications:
- Prior experience in records management or warehousing is preferred.
- Familiarity with automated systems and basic computer skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Capability to lift and transport boxes and materials.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
