We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Support Nursing Associate to join our team at North West Anglia NHS Foundation Trust. As a Clinical Support Nursing Associate, you will play a vital role in delivering training, education, and support to student nurses and trainee nursing associates.
Main Responsibilities- Collaborate with Lead Clinical Educator and Clinical Facilitators to develop and deliver training programs for student nurses and trainee nursing associates.
- Support the practice and professional development of student nurses and trainee nursing associates in accordance with national and local guidelines.
- Provide role-modeling and leadership for nurses and other professional groups within the Division and Trust-wide.
- Facilitate effective evidence-based nursing care to the highest standard and disseminate these skills through demonstration and role-modeling.
- Support and assist with the facilitation of training, education, and support the practice and professional development of all nursing students and nursing apprentices.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- NMC NA registration.
- Recognised teaching/mentorship course or SSSA trained.
- English language proficiency at the level identified by the relevant regulatory body.
- Evidence of professional development.
- Post-registration experience in an acute setting.
- Previous experience in supervising and assessing students.
