Advanced Nurse Practitioner Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team at Pinfold Medical Practice in Leicester. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and promoting health and wellbeing in our community.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting comprehensive health assessments, developing individualised care plans, and diagnosing and treating acute and chronic illnesses. You will also be required to prescribe medications, monitor patient responses, and maintain accurate medical records.

Requirements
  • Registered Nurse qualification with current NMC registration
  • Prescribing and minor illness qualification
  • Proven experience of working as an Advanced Nurse Practitioner in a clinical setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Commitment to continuous professional development
