About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Conference and Events Sales Manager to join our team at the Celtic Manor Resort. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our luxury event spaces to clients and guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day activity of the Event Sales Team to achieve or exceed financial budgets
  • Ensure the Event Sales team provides an efficient and professional service to all clients and guests
  • Maximise revenue at every opportunity in every property within the collection

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience and excellent hotel knowledge
  • Good organisational and administration skills
  • Previous experience in a 5* property of similar scale and experience of Delphi
