Shift Details: 5 days out of 7

Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Conference and Events Sales Manager to join our team at the Celtic Manor Resort. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our luxury event spaces to clients and ensuring that every event is a success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Coordinate and deliver events to the highest standard
  • Work closely with the events team to ensure seamless event delivery
  • Monitor and report on sales performance and event feedback

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience in the hospitality industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of event planning and management
  • Delphi experience is desirable but not essential
