About the Role

University Hospitals Bristol and Weston NHS Foundation Trust (UHBW) is seeking a skilled Contracts Coordinator to join their team. As a key member of the Contracts and Systems department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of contracts and systems across Facilities at Bristol & Weston.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Contracts and Systems Manager in fielding and escalating enquiries from external and internal parties
  • Support the Contracts and Systems Manager and the Facilities Team in the operational day-to-day running of operational and centralised contracts, systems and administration service
  • Assist the Contracts and Systems Manager in managing Health & Safety, updating Risk Assessments, undertaking Risk Assessments and supporting with completion of RIDDOR investigations
  • Provide business support out of hours where necessary

Requirements

  • Knowledge of business analysis of performance information, and working within a range of targets
  • Experience of project working and familiarity with audit and monitoring processes
  • Ability to plan and organise activities and programmes which are complex
  • Ability to identify service improvements within the team
