Key Responsibilities
- Leadership: Inspire and motivate your team to deliver exceptional childcare and education.
- Quality Improvement: Develop and implement strategies to enhance our educational programs and operational procedures.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements and maintain a safe and secure environment for children.
- Financial Management: Oversee the budget and resources to ensure efficient use of funds.
- Community Engagement: Foster positive relationships with parents, staff, and the local community.
- Professional Development: Encourage continuous team development to provide the best care and education.
Requirements
- NNEB, BTEC Nat Dip, CACHE Dip in Childcare, or NVQ Level 3.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Nursery Manager or Assistant Nursery Manager.
- Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
- A focus on delivering high-quality childcare and early education.
