As the Nursery Manager, you will have the unique opportunity to shape and lead our new nursery from the ground up. This role offers an exciting chance to make a significant impact in the early education sector, ensuring the highest standards of care and learning for our children.

Qualifications and Experience
NNEB, BTEC Nat Dip, CACHE Dip in Childcare, or NVQ Level 3. A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Nursery Manager or Assistant Nursery Manager. Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills. A focus on delivering high-quality childcare and early education.Key Responsibilities
Leadership: Inspire and lead your team towards excellence. Quality Improvement: Identify and implement enhancements in educational programs and operational procedures. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements and maintain a secure environment for children. Financial Management: Oversee the budget and resources effectively. Community Engagement: Foster positive relationships with parents, staff, and the local community.
