We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nursery Manager to lead our brand-new nursery in Crowborough. As the Nursery Manager, you will have the unique opportunity to shape and lead our new nursery from the ground up, ensuring the highest standards of care and learning for our children.

Key Responsibilities

• Leadership: Inspire and lead your team towards excellence, fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment where every child can thrive.
• Quality Improvement: Identify and implement enhancements in educational programs and operational procedures, ensuring regulatory compliance and a secure environment for children.
• Financial Management: Oversee the budget and resources effectively, ensuring the financial sustainability of the nursery.
• Community Engagement: Foster positive relationships with parents, staff, and the local community, promoting a culture of collaboration and mutual respect.
